Deposits & Bookings

    • All orders are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Payment

    • The remaining balance must be settled via EFT or cash at least two (2) days prior to collection.

    • Should you wish to pay the balance upon collection, this must be arranged in advance and is subject to approval.

    • Timely payment is your responsibility. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your order, with no refund of monies paid.

Changes to Orders

    • Requests to alter your order (including design changes) must be made at least three (3) days prior to the collection date.

    • All changes are subject to approval and may incur an additional fee.

    • While every effort will be made to accommodate changes, some may not be possible due to time constraints.

Rush Orders

    • Orders placed within three (3) days of collection are subject to a R100 rush fee.

Collection & Delivery

    • Orders are collection-based, however delivery within the Johannesburg area may be arranged for an additional fee. Wedding cakes and cakes consisting of three (3) tiers or more qualify for delivery and professional setup at an additional cost.

Responsibility & Refunds

    • Once the cake has been collected or delivered, responsibility transfers to you. No refunds will be issued thereafter.

    • In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with the flavour of your cake, 80% of the uneaten product must be returned within 24 hours for inspection before a refund will be considered.

Agreement to Terms

    • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, as well as the terms outlined on your invoice.
