Deposits & Bookings
- All orders are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Payment
- The remaining balance must be settled via EFT or cash at least two (2) days prior to collection.
- Should you wish to pay the balance upon collection, this must be arranged in advance and is subject to approval.
- Timely payment is your responsibility. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your order, with no refund of monies paid.
Changes to Orders
- Requests to alter your order (including design changes) must be made at least three (3) days prior to the collection date.
- All changes are subject to approval and may incur an additional fee.
- While every effort will be made to accommodate changes, some may not be possible due to time constraints.
Rush Orders
- Orders placed within three (3) days of collection are subject to a R100 rush fee.
Collection & Delivery
- Orders are collection only, except for wedding cakes and cakes larger than three (3) tiers, where delivery and setup can be arranged for an additional fee.
Responsibility & Refunds
- Once the cake has been collected or delivered, responsibility transfers to you. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
- In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with the flavour of your cake, 80% of the uneaten product must be returned within 24 hours for inspection before a refund will be considered.
Agreement to Terms
- By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, as well as the terms outlined on your invoice.
